"All-inclusive" is the defining promise of the Turkish hair transplant market — and unlike a lot of marketing, it's mostly kept. But "mostly" is doing some work in that sentence, and the differences between packages hide exactly where clinics differentiate. Here's the anatomy of a package: what's standard, what varies, and what's never included.

Reliably included almost everywhere

The procedure itself with local anesthesia; pre-operative blood tests; two to four nights in a 4- or 5-star hotel with breakfast; airport pickup and all clinic transfers; post-operative medications and an aftercare kit (shampoo, lotion, sometimes a neck pillow); the first wash at the clinic; and some form of follow-up, usually photo-based and remote. If a "package" is missing any of these, it isn't really an all-inclusive package — it's a price with decorations.

Commonly included, but verify

An English-speaking coordinator or translator — standard at clinics oriented to international patients, but confirm your language specifically if it isn't English. One PRP session — many packages include one; additional sessions are usually paid. A companion's hotel stay — often covered for one person sharing your room; beyond that, extra.

Where packages genuinely differ

Hotel tier (4★ vs 5★ — often the visible difference between a clinic's own "standard" and "premium" packages); the technique (Sapphire FUE packages typically price above standard FUE, DHI above that); the graft ceiling ("up to 4,000 grafts" — ask what happens to the price at 4,001); the degree of surgeon involvement, which at some clinics is itself a package tier; and the aftercare horizon — a first wash and a WhatsApp number, or a structured 12-month follow-up program.

Never included

International flights (with rare promotional exceptions), visas, travel insurance, meals beyond hotel breakfast, and personal spending. And often forgotten: revision or touch-up policy sits outside most packages — ask specifically what a touch-up would cost and under what conditions, in writing.

The three questions that pin any package down

"Can you send the full list of what's included and excluded, in writing?" — "What situations would add costs after arrival?" — "What exactly happens if I need more grafts, more nights, or a touch-up later?" A transparent clinic answers all three quickly and specifically. Hesitation, vagueness, or "we'll discuss at the clinic" are answers too — just not the ones you want.

Package contents vary by clinic and change over time — rely only on written confirmation. Foxpare is an information and matching service, not a medical provider.
