Prices read on 7 October 2026 from each clinic's own website; euro equivalents at the ECB rate of 6 October 2026. Foxpare lists published prices as stated, with the source and date; we do not rank clinics and this is not medical advice.

Short answer. Of the 21 dental clinics on Foxpare (20 once the DentaTur chain is counted once), 17 publish a per-implant price on their own website. The lowest published per-implant price at those 17 clinics runs from €287 to €750, with a median of €422 (middle half €372–€459). Brand changes the number more than the city does: 12 clinics publish a price for a Straumann implant and those run from €707 to €1,060 (median €894); 7 publish Osstem/Hiossen at €349–€589 (median €444); 8 publish Straumann's Neodent, Medentika or Nuvo lines at €340–€648 (median €488); 4 publish Nobel Biocare at €577–€825. What a "per implant" price includes — abutment, crown, hotel — differs from clinic to clinic, and that is the first thing to ask.

How the clinics state their prices

Most of the 17 clinics price per implant, by brand, and leave the crown separate. DentMax (Istanbul) lists "Osstem implant (South Korea): € 399" and "Straumann Roxolid® SLActive® implant (Switzerland): € 799" with the note "(Excluding: crown and abutment)". DentaTur bundles the abutment: "Straumann Neodent Dental Implant + Abutment Lifetime Guarantee: £400 / €453". Bergedent (Istanbul) lists "Straumann Implant (per tooth) | €900". Sevil Smile Studio (Istanbul) publishes "FLAPLESS DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM £244.00 GBP" without naming the brand, and Dent Leon (Izmir) "Dental Implants £250" — the two lowest figures in the set, both brand-unstated.

Three clinics qualify their figures. Smile Center Turkey (Antalya) prefixes every price with "From" ("Dental Implant - Osstem (South Korea) · Per implant | From £400"). Dentakay (Istanbul) publishes a range, "From $419 – Up to $989 per implant", and describes its figures as approximate guides. Dentopol (Istanbul) shows two numbers per item — "İmplant (BEGO) — €599.00 — ! Başlangıç Fiyatı — €399.00 — %33 İndirim" — labelling both as starting prices; Foxpare records the lower figure as the clinic's discounted price and keeps the higher one visible. Karat Dental Clinic (Istanbul) prices implants only inside a package ("STRAUMANN® Premium Implant — Original Price: €580 — Discounted Price: €350") that the clinic says includes hotel and transfers. Denturla (Urla, Izmir) is the only clinic publishing in Turkish lira — "İmplant Tedavisi: Premium İsviçre (Straumann): 52.100 TL" — and states that its prices are approximate, updated 1 January 2026, excluding VAT and bank commission.

Four clinics (Maltepe Dental Clinic, DentaTur, VDC, Essos) publish the same item in two or three currencies; Foxpare shows the clinic's own figures and uses one currency per item for comparisons.

The numbers, by brand

Per clinic, we take the lowest published price that fits the brand; euro conversions at the ECB rate of 6 October 2026.

Published per-implant priceClinics publishingLowestMedianHighest
Any brand (clinic's lowest implant)17€287€422€750
Straumann (SLActive, Roxolid, BLX; not Neodent/Medentika)12€707€894€1,060
Neodent / Medentika / Nuvo (Straumann group lines)8€340€488€648
Osstem / Hiossen7€349€444€589
Nobel Biocare4€577€698€825

By city, the medians of each clinic's lowest implant price are €386 in Istanbul (8 clinics) and €444 in Antalya (7 clinics); Izmir has two clinics publishing (€295 and €433). For a Straumann implant the medians are €782 in Istanbul (6 clinics) and €943 in Antalya (5). Three or four clinics per city is not a market, so we show these as what they are: a handful of published tariffs.

What the price does not tell you

  • Abutment and crown. Some tariffs say "+ Abutment" (DentaTur, VDC, Dental Design Turkey, Lara Smile), some say the opposite (DentMax: "Excluding: crown and abutment"), most say nothing. The crown on an implant is a separate line where it is published at all — DentMax lists implant crowns at € 229 (metal-porcelain) to € 489 (Emax glass-ceramic), Sevil Smile Studio at £220.00–£290.00 per implant crown.
  • Two visits. An implant usually means a placement visit and a later restoration visit; the per-implant price is rarely a two-trip price. Ask what is included in each visit.
  • Bone work. Sinus lift and bone graft appear as separate lines at nine clinics (for example Bergedent "Sinus Lift (per side) | €650", Lara Smile "Autogenous Bone Graft (per CC): £ 150").
  • Tax and currency. Only Denturla states that VAT is excluded; OptimaDent states its prices "include all labor costs, taxes". Most say nothing. A GBP tariff at a Turkish clinic is a fixed sterling price for the clinic, not a conversion.

What the NHS says about implants

The NHS "Dental treatments" page states: "Implants are usually only available privately and are expensive." and "Although it's rare, implants are sometimes available on the NHS for patients who cannot wear dentures for certain reasons, such as mouth cancer or an accident." NHS Band 3 charges in England (£332.10 as at 13 March 2025) cover crowns, dentures and bridges, not implants. The General Dental Council's advice for patients considering treatment abroad includes: "You should always be assessed by a qualified dentist before being given a treatment plan and cost estimate."

Questions to ask any clinic before you book

  1. Is the per-implant price with or without the abutment and the crown? What is the crown price and material?
  2. Which implant brand and which line (e.g. Straumann BLX vs Neodent) — in writing?
  3. How many visits, how many nights, and what is included in each visit?
  4. Is a sinus lift or bone graft likely in my case, and what does it cost?
  5. Is the price fixed, "from", or approximate, and is VAT included?
  6. Which dentist will place the implant, and can I see the clinic's licence and Ministry record? (See our guide to checking a Turkish dental clinic.)
